Answer: Our pots can be used for decoration, planters, mini pots, or as a gift (for indoor succulent plants).

Question: Do you sell plants along with the pots?
Answer: No, we don’t sell plants along the pots. You may get them from your nearest plant nursery.

Question: Are your painted pots/stones, water-resistant?
Answer: Yes, they are water-resistant.

Question: How to place an order?
Answer: Click on the shop tab, if you like any of our products and are interested to purchase them, the order button will lead you directly to WhatsApp communication, where we can coordinate with my location & you may arrange to pick them up from my place.

Question: Do you ship or deliver your products?
Answer: At present, we don't ship/dispatch products through courier or deliver them to your address however we have a plan to expand nationwide deliveries through a reputed courier service.

Question: What is your service area?
Answer: Being a fresh start-up, currently we have started serving customers within the vicinity of Bahria Town Rawalpindi (Phase 7, 8, and adjacent societies i.e; DHA-1, Defense Villas & Garden City only).

Question: From where to pick-up your products?
Answer: Sector-D, Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi. (Near Statue of Liberty)
The exact Google Map pin will be shared with the customer during the ordering process.

Question: What is the order lead time?
Answer: We paint each pot/stone on order by a comprehensive quality process. The completion time depends on several factors like quantity, availability of raw material, etc hence each order lead time should be discussed during the ordering process.

Question: Do you have ready-to-sell products?
Answer: Yes, we have a limited stock of readily available products displayed in our online shop. Those with ZERO stock/Out of stock can be prepared on order.

Question: Can you complete the order within the same or the next day?
Answer: Every single one of our painted pots/stones goes through a 10-step process to achieve a beautiful finished hand-painted product. For this reason, every pot/stone is painted to order and requires a significant amount of time to paint with lots of love and care.

Question: What is the shelf life of your products? are they too old?
Answer: You will always receive freshly painted pots/stones from my workspace. I hope my work can also make other people passionate about the beauty and uniqueness of hand-painted pots. Enhancing your space and favorite house plants with my painted pots will always be the highlight of my day, as I hope it can also bring you the same joy I feel.

Question: What is your payment policy?
Answer: At present we don't accept payments through credit cards, checks, or online transfers.  You may pay us in cash at the time of purchase. We regret to inform you that we don't give any credit facility to buyers.

Question: What are your Refund, Return, and Exchange policy?
Answer: Please be informed that we don't design or fabricate the pots/stones. We purchase them from the local market in raw shape and convert them into a colorful piece of art, which are delicate to handle and needs care and protection.
We don't compromise on the tools, colors & process quality and ensure the right steps with full dedication & quality time. Since the products are painted to order, we don't return or exchange them but can support educating on the do's & don't. You are kindly requested to check the product thoroughly before every purchase decision.

Question: What is your Privacy & Confidentiality policy?
Answer: Sonicrafts.pk is an online Art & Crafts shop, involved in small-scale sales activity primarily through WhatsApp. We don’t collect your personal data/information through our website.
We take extreme caution in all our communications with customers and fully respect your privacy & confidentiality and take full responsibility to protect your personal information/data.
